NLA presents London: Design Capital at Vision 2017, powered by PechaKucha - 6 June
Our partner, New London Architecture (NLA), brought the hugely popular PechaKucha session to the opening night at Vision 2017 on 6 June. In line with their major new NLA Insight Study, London: Design Capital, PechaKucha showcased the innovations, technologies and projects that are currently being developed for international projects. In a lively exchange of ideas we heard from industry experts and the next generation, investigating the breadth and scale of London's global reach.

New London Architecture (NLA) is an independent forum for discussion, debate and information about architecture, planning, development and construction in the capital. It has established itself over the last decade as a broker between all those involved in planning and designing the future of London and an influential promoter of positive physical change.
PechaKucha (ペチャクチャ) was devised in Tokyo in 2003 by the English architect Mark Dytham and has turned into a massive global celebration of design, with events happening in hundreds of cities around the world. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", it rests on a presentation format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds.
