The Meetings Programme is a dedicated and fully complimentary service specially created to connect and engage exhibitors and visitors during Vision 2017.
The Programme enables registered visitors and exhibitors to search and connect with each other in advance of the event. Meetings are then scheduled to take place on exhibitors' stands during the event - maximising time onsite.

How does it work?
Firstly, you must register for Vision 2017. Make sure that you tick the 'yes' box when asked the question to take part in the Vision 2017 Meetings Programme.
Once approved, you will be sent an account login and password to enter the Vision 2017 Meetings portal, where you may search exhibitors you would like to meet by products/services and market sector.
You can then request meetings with any exhibitors that match your areas of interest and meetings will be scheduled on that exhibitor's stand during the event. You will receive a full copy of all meetings scheduled via email and will be able to view and amend/re-schedule any meeting through your portal, including on a mobile platform.
The Meetings Programme is managed by Newbridge Events on behalf of Vision 2017.
This is a complimentary service provided to all Vision 2017 exhibiting brands, adding value to and optimising your participation at the event, by driving relevant visitors to your exhibition stand.
You can search by visitor profile (e.g. product/service area of interest, etc.) and request meetings with registered visitors directly. If you are a confirmed exhibitor and have not received your account login/password, please email: email@example.com
All meetings will take place on your stand at a date and time agreed by both parties. You will receive a full copy of all meetings scheduled and will be able to view, amend/re-schedule any meeting through your portal, including on a mobile platform.
